• Exclusive Training Provider: Use Tigerlily Training as the sole provider for all first aid training.
• Regular First Aid Drills: Conduct six-monthly first aid drills to ensure staff remain prepared for emergency situations.
• Compliance with EYFS 2025 criteria & HSE Guidance: Ensure all training provisions meet the latest EYFS 2025 criteria and Health & Safety Executive (HSE)  standards.
• Annual First Aid Refresher Training: Guarantee all designated first aiders attend annual refresher training to keep their skills current and effective.
